Conforming to social and ethical standards is a matter of course for us. In this respect, we also correspond to the internationally recognised principles and conventions of the UN Global Compact. These are, in particular, human rights, rights of employees and the exclusion of any discrimination.
At the same time, we promote and support the social and honorary commitment of our employees. We respect and observe all regulations, provisions and laws applicable to us.
In this, we particularly include the non-acceptance of corruption, anti-competitive action, money laundering or fraud, i.e. also activities constituting an infringement of anti-corruption laws (e.g. the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA“), the UK Bribery Act and prevailing national anti-corruption legislations). Sustainable profit orientation and fair competition do not exclude each other according to our opinion.
